It must be hard to run any kind of catering business, restaurant or whatever and not have waste, considering that you never really know how much of what some people will buy. Same for supermarkets I guess.<br />But it doesn't seem at all fair that individuals should be made to seem inadequate if they create what is a relatively small amount of waste yet the big boys can chuck out tons of perfectly edible produce and it goes largely unnoticed.Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09726164724131916224noreply@blogger.com
