As a lot of you know I love the Hairy Bikers Si and Dave and so was delighted to hear that that they have a new TV series coming out soon plus not one but two new books! Their new biography style book, Blood Sweat and Tyres, will be released in November 2015 and is all about Si and Dave's early lives and how the guys met and became The Hairy Bikers we know and love today. They say that, in writing the book, they learnt tons about each other that they never knew before and hope you enjoy reading it as much as they did writing it. I can imagine a fair few fans will be getting a copy of this title for Christmas!
Lastly the guys have a brand new six part series coming up, what they've called a 'proper road trip'. Their website says "This time they are heading North, circumnavigating the vast Baltic Sea in search of the most exciting food and some of the wildest places in Europe. It's a challenge they have long dreamt of undertaking - and all the more poignant as it marks Si's return to rude health following his brain aneurism last year." The website doesn't give a date but says the series will be coming soon to BBC2.
