Sausage overkill
I saw this sign outside a butcher's shop in a small town near to Nottingham. They certainly have a big and exotic range of sausages. Would you fancy any of them?
We've got about as much sausage as I can handle here in France. But I would like to taste the lamb and rosemary. You'll have to show recipes for each and every one.

Any or all - having recently discovered the Crown in Beeston this looks like another excellent reason to cross the water and head over there!
I think I just dribbled reading this post! Local butchers are always great when it comes to sausages. Nothing beats lorne sausage though. Yummy!
