A quiet morning at The Hand and Flowers (great video!)

Wonderful - I'm always in awe of anyone working in a professional kitchen, especially when you comsider the small amount of space they have & the number of people. And I grumble about my small kitchen, when there is just be in it. I'd love to eat at The Hand & Flowers, Tom Kerridge always seems so friendly & creates scrumtious food.
