it did to me...
in a similar vein i was walking through the office(@ work) the other day, and this chap was bent over the table - derrier up in the air....The TOURRETTES (which apparently everyone has got a bit of) nearly pushed me to give him an ALMIGHTY kick with the size 10s right where the sun dont shine!!!!
I have wondered the same thing but mostly just wished the escalator would go more slowly so I can carry on my aerial people-watching for longer...
